Trearddur



Trearddur Bay is a small village, situated south of Holyhead on the west coast of Holyhead or Holy Island off the north-west coast of Anglesey. Holyhead town is approximately 2 miles away. Trearddur Bay is renowned for its beach and recreational facilities attracting many visitors throughout the year. The area becomes particularly busy during the summer months. The village has a number of small shops and eateries and hotels and has a vibrant cosmopolitan feel. Accommodation can be expensive to purchase in this area and there are a number of holiday homes and holiday lets and caravan parks in and around Traerddur Bay. Private rented accommodation is available however prices can be high.

Four Mile Bridge



A  desirable area situated centrally between Valley and Trearddur Bay, each approximately 1.5 miles away. Easily accessible is the A55 expressway. Properties in this area can be expensive to purchase and are highly sought after. Most properties in this area are owner occupied however the area also lends itself to holiday accommodation due to its proximity to Trearddur Bay. There are a few shops and boutiques in the area but most facilities can be found in nearby Valley or Holyhead approximately 4 miles north west.

Rhoscolyn



Situated approximately 2.5 miles south from Treaddur Bay is Rhoscolyn, a small rural village at the very southern tip of Anglesey, approximately 5 miles from Holyhead and 3 miles from Valley. There are a number of houses in Rhoscolyn, mainly owner occupied and properties can be expensive to purchase. Rhoscolyn has a public house and eatery but otherwise here are few local amenities in Rhoscolyn itself with residents travelling to nearby Valley or Trearddur Bay for general facilities.
